Portrait Writing

With studio portraits, you have to create the lightening you want whereas outdoor portraits use natural lightening from the sun. But you can control the lighting more with studio portraits. Studio portraits are more posed, but outdoor portraits are more authentic and natural. Some similarities are that you are able to set up the poses you want and move around until you get the perfect angle or picture. With outdoor portraits, you are able to focus on your surroundings, but in the studio, it is more about the person you are taking a picture of.

a sandy beach next to a rocky cliff That was the day the world changed. When I first saw this photo it gave me a sign of peace so that is what my story is going to be about. As the sun rises over the horizon, casting a warm golden glow, you find yourself standing on the soft, powdery sand. The waves gently lap against the shore, creating a soothing melody that fills the air. You take a deep breath, inhaling the salty ocean breeze. The air is fresh and invigorating, and you feel a sense of tranquility wash over you. The beach stretches out for miles, with no footprints in sight. It’s just you and the vast expanse of nature.  You decide to explore, walking along the shoreline. The water is crystal clear, revealing a vibrant underwater world teeming with colorful fish and swaying coral reefs. You can’t resist the temptation and dive in, feeling weightless as you swim among the marine life. After your underwater adventure, you emerge from the water and lay down on a cozy beach towel. The sun’s rays caress your skin, warming you from head to toe. You close your eyes and listen to the gentle rustling of palm trees, feeling completely at peace. As the day progresses, you build sandcastles, collecting seashells, and watching seagulls soar overhead. You even spot a pod of dolphins playfully leaping through the waves in the distance. It’s like a dream come true, having this serene beach all to yourself. As the sun begins to set, painting the sky with hues of pink, orange, and purple, you sit back and reflect on the beauty of this untouched paradise. It’s a reminder of the incredible wonders that nature has to offer. As darkness falls, you reluctantly leave the beach, taking one last look at the peaceful scene before heading home. You feel rejuvenated and grateful for the opportunity to experience such solitude and serenity. It’s a memory you’ll cherish forever. So, what do you think? Can you imagine yourself on that deserted beach, enjoying the tranquility?

Still Life Writing

In the first photo i like how the back is dark and it really makes the orange pop out. Also how neatly the oranges are stacked on top of each other. The second photo i like how the cups are colliding and how it is spilling. Also the timing of the photo is really good.  Lastly the blueberrys i love this photo because of the scaterness of the photo. I also like how the blue berrys are stationed around the spoon.
